Material costs

Material costs are not included in the course price at the ILS. They are reimbursed per course at CHF 50.- for German courses and CHF 60.- for all other language courses. For group courses, the costs are charged per sub-level, for private courses normally per package of lessons, although this is at the discretion of the person in charge*. The material costs are made up of teaching materials on the one hand and other material costs on the other. These are, for example, printing costs, costs for the Internet, Zoom telephony or other materials for the lessons. If a customer already owns the teaching material for the course, a flat rate of CHF 25 will be charged for the material costs. The ILS does not charge an additional registration fee and there are no other hidden costs.
