SVEB has three decision-making bodies: the Assembly of Delegates, the Board of Directors and the Forum Romand.
The Assembly of Delegates is the highest decision-making body of SVEB and meets once a year in May. The assembly is traditionally followed by a symposium on a current education policy topic, which is free of charge for all interested parties from the continuing education sector.
The Board is the governing body of SVEB and consists of five to nine members elected by the Assembly of Delegates. The board makes decisions on the strategic direction of the association and is responsible for implementing the decisions of the delegates' assembly.
