The didactic introductory event in ILS
As a quality assurance initiative, the ILS has designed a special didactic introductory event aimed specifically at our teaching staff.
Since the beginning of the year, we have been offering an efficient training format aimed specifically at course instructors without SVEB1 certification or equivalent qualifications in the field of adult education. We teach the fundamental aspects of adult education in a concentrated 90-minute format. The course follows a clear structure:
After an introductory introductory phase and clarification of objectives, the main part follows, in which the core elements of the SVEB1 curriculum are taught using digital presentations. The theory is brought to life with practical examples from the experience of the participants and the course leader. In-depth discussions on specific topics can take place either directly afterwards or in individually arranged follow-up meetings.
The event concludes with a reflection phase and offers space for open questions. The course is run by an experienced, SVEB1-certified specialist who will teach the content in a competent and practical manner.
This compact introduction ensures that all our teachers have a solid didactic foundation.
